Take notice that Bill & Coo LTD have made an application to Bolton Council Licensing Team for a new premises license for 2-4 The Hillock, Harwood, BL2 3HP. The proposed licensable activities are: supply of alcohol, late night refreshment, live and recorded music. Opening hours are 10am- 12pm Sun- Thurs, 10am- 1amFri- Sat.The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Regulatory Services, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to the above address by 19th June. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale- £5000.
