PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Anne Rebecca Fletcher late of 3 Post Office Lane, Corsham SN13 OHJ who died on 19th February 2019 and grant of probate to whose estate was granted on 5th February 2020 out of the Winchester District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court to Adrian Graham Fletcher ('the Executor'} is required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is Sarah Grant Solicitors, 1a South Terrace, South Street, Dorchester Dorset DT1 1DE on or before 5th August 2020 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice
