HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 119
NOTICE OF MAKING OF A DIVERSION ORDER (Shenley 3) DIVERSION ORDER 2020
The above Order made on 4th May 2020, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the public footpath from Shenley Footpath 1 at TQ 2017 9863 to the point TQ 2017 9851 close to Well End Road to a new alignment from TQ 2017 9851 to a junction with Shenley Footpath 1 at TQ 2034 9876.

and a copy is on display at the offices of Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA. Paper copies of the order are available on request.
Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent by email to

no later than end of Monday 6th July 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Hertsmere Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
