FOOTPATH 17 BLACKBURN TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE ORDER 2020
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with ?arwen Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 14(1 )(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the Footpath referred to in the Schedule below to facilitate construction works for the new housing development adjacent to the Public Right of Way.
The Order becomes effective on 11th June 2020 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. marked D. This is shown with a solid bold line.
There is an alternative route in place from A SD 67208 30362 crossing the road in a westerly direction to point E (SD 67200 30361) then turning South Easterly direction along Lammack Road for approximately 160m to point B at SD 67271 30216.The path then turns in a North Easterly direction for approximately 320m following the footway of Ramsgreave Drive to point C SD 67560 30372. The path then turns in a North Westerly direction, using an existing footpath for approximately 185m to Point D at SD67486 30537. This is shown with a dashed and dotted line._
