that PINEAPPLE FARM HOLIDAYS LTD has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of UNITS 5-8 , PINEAPPLE FARM , SALWAYASH , BRIDPORT , DT6 5DB for the RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON & OFF THE PREMISES generally between the hours of 07.00 TO 22.00 DAILY Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
