NOTICE OF VARIATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under The Highways Act 1980, The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 intends to vary the Order controlling the use of Off and On-Street Car Parks in the BCP Council area as follows:
