PURSUANT to the Trustee act 1925 Notice is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or interest in the estate of Victor James Lane late of 38 Raven Lane, Crooks Barn, Norton, Stockton on Tees, TS20 1LZ who died on the 11th June 2014 and whose Will was proved in the District Probate Registry at Newcastle upon Tyne on the 10th October 2014 by the Executor named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 29th January 2015 after which the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claim or demands he then has not had notice DATED the 28th day of November 2014 McGarry & Co Solicitors, 21 Galgate, Barnard Castle, Co.
