TAKE NOTICE that Atit Kumar has applied to Braintree District Council as the Licensing Authority for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Fox + Herb situated at 95-97 High Street, Halstead, Essex CO9 2JQ to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times as set out below:- Sale of alcohol - Mon - Thur 7:00am - 19:00, Fri - Sat 7:00am - 22:00, Sun 9:00 am - 18:00. Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Braintree District Council, Licensing Officer, Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, Essex CM7 9HB. Any such representation must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 16th June 2020. A copy of this application may be inspected on the licensing register at Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree CM7 9HB from Mon - Fri 9:00am - 17:00. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
