Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above Act. Adam Carroll & Mary Elizabeth Webb of 25 High Street, Stokesley, TS9 5AD. PROPOSED LICENSABLE ACTIVITES: Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 0800 - 2200 Monday to Sunday. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton DL6 2UU. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 19th June 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
