Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Phase 1 A360 Southbroom Road (Part), Devizes; from its junction with A360 Potterne Road to its junction with A342 Nursteed Road; B) A342 Nursteed Road (Part), Devizes;

from its junction with A360 Southbroom Road to its junction with Windsor Drive. C) Phase 2 A361 Estcourt Street (Part), Devizes; from its junction with A361 Gains Lane to its junction with Estcourt Crescent to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing, ironwork adjustment/ renewal and road marking. Alternative route for Phase 1: via Windsor Drive -A361 - A360 (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative route for Phase 2: via A361 (unaffected length) - Windsor Drive - A342 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 June 2020 the closures will be required week nights between the hours of 19.00 and 06.00 until 09 July 2020. This Order will come into operation on 22 June 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until 26 June 2020. This Order will come into operation on 22 June 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 00:00 and 23:59 until 24 July 2020. is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: G) Cross Lane (Part), Marlborough; from its junction with Cardigan Road for a distance of approximately 40 metres in a northerly direction to enable Thames Water to carry out a service pipe repair. Alternative routes: via Cross Lane (unaffected length) - Hyde Lane - Cardigan and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 03 June 2020 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 05 June 2020. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
