Parish of Kingston St Mary Temporary Closure of Kingston Road TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset have made an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along Kingston Road from 1000 metres north of the junction with Corkscrew Lane, northwards for a distance of 500 metres.

This order will enable Aplant Lux Traffic Control to obtain safe access to underground structure for cabling.

The Order becomes effective on 28 May 2020 and

will remain in force for eighteen months. The

works are expected to start on 02 June 2020 and

last fori day (09.30-15.30).
