NOTICE is hereby given that I,Mr Ken Chimbunde & Mr Christopher Heteckery Applied on 12/05/2020 for a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: TMK Empress Business Centre 380 Chester Road Old Trafford Stretford M16 9EA under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Supply of Alcohol Monday To Sunday 12:00 - 21:00 Hrs Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH not later than 18 days starting on the day after the day the article is published. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The applicationcan be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
