PRE-PLANNING APPLICATION COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EVENT

Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended) Regulation 7 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020

Planning Permission for Residential Development Including Associated Landscaping and Infrastructure on Land at Buckholm Corner (Phase 2), Galashiels

Notice is hereby given that a pre-planning application community engagement event is to be held on behalf of Buckholm Ltd in respect of a proposal for residential development on land at Buckholm Corner (Phase 2).

In accordance with Scottish Government's current restrictions on public gatherings on account of Covid-19, the event is scheduled to take place online at

www.buckholmcorner.com

on Thursday 4,h June 2020 between the hours of 4pm to 8pm inclusive.

The online consultation event, which accords with the above noted Temporary Regulations 2020, will be attended by the project's planning consultant, transport consultant and architect who will be available to answer questions and provide any additional information or clarification as required.

Any persons wishing to make comments to the prospective applicant prior to the formal submission of the planning application to Scottish Borders Council may do so by either:
