TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING Miller Street, Johnstone

The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that to manage additional traffic volumes and queueing of vehicles anticipated on ornearthe road,due to the reopeningoftheCivicAmenitySite,no vehicleshall wait,loadorunload orcauseorpermitanyvehicletowait or load on the following lengths of road in the town of Johnstone in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:

Miller Street, Johnstone.

Reason for Restriction:To reduce congestion for through traffic by creating a queuingprovision on onesideofthecarriageway.

Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the restricted area.

Alternative Routes: N/A.

This order will be in force on Monday, 1st June 2020 till Friday, 31st December 2021.

This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
