ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) -TMO 44
The Council of the London Borough of Haringey intends to make the Temporary Traffic Order described below:-

Reason for 14(1) Order - Construction Access for New 32
Storey Residential Block

Dates: 3rd June 2020 to 31st March 2021
Times: 24 hours
During the following dates and times:-
Deliveries during school holidays as per current Hale Works CLP timings: 06:30 -07:30 vehicles can enter site Restrictions in force between 07:30 - 09:00 Restrictions in force between 16:30 - 18:00 22nd July - 1 st September
At all other times outside of school holiday periods the HGV extended delivery timings should apply: Deliveries can enter site before 07:00 Restrictions in force between 07:00 - 09:30 Restrictions in force between 15:30 - 18:00
Agreed Site Working Arrangements
Within the HGV extended timings (outside of school holiday periods) there can be:
On Ferry Lane - up to two vehicle delivery changes allowed prior to 9.30 am and up to two vehicle delivery changes prior to 18.00.
Ferry Lane N17
1) closure of public footpath on Ferry Lane between Daneland Walk and Coppermill Flats for HGVS to enter and exit the pit lane on Ferry Lane;

2) cycle lane closure between the eastern kerb line of the exit road of Tottenham Hale bus station and the western wall of Coppermill Flats;

3) 20 mph speed limit for all vehicles in Ferry Lane, in both directions, between its junction with Mill Mead Road and the eastern kerb line of the exit road of Tottenham Hale bus station.

During the closure of the footpath pedestrian traffic is to be diverted along Daneland Walk through Hale Village or alternatively directed along the south footpath of Ferry Lane.
The previous Order relating to Ferry Lane which was advertised in Notices dated 9th and 16th November 2018 shall be revoked and the provisions designated by that Order shall no longer apply
On Jarrow Road (Basement) - up to one vehicle delivery change allowed prior to 9.30 am and up to one vehicle delivery allowed prior to 18.00. Jarrow Road (Pump Lane for concrete pumping) the first delivery allowed to arrive at 8.00 am and continue until the works are complete. However, there will be no waiting or loading / unloading allowed on Jarrow Road between Ferry Lane and Erskine Crescent.
No waiting/loading/unloading
