PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AT LAND ADJACENT TO GRIMSTON BAR PARK & RIDE, HULL ROAD, YORK

Persimmon Homes will be hosting a public exhibition on Tuesday 9th December, from 2.30pm - 7.30pm at David Lloyd Leisure, Hull Road. We are proposing to develop the land on the south side of Hull Road (adjacent to Grimston Bar Park and Ride and opposite B&Q) for approximately 195 new homes and the event will provide an opportunity to view and comment on our emerging proposals for the site. We are seeking the views of local residents on our draft proposals to help inform how we develop the site in more detail before proceeding. Please come along to find out more about this scheme and give feedback on the development of the designs. Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
