Premises Licence Application

Notice is given
that Piccolo Fiore has applied to Dorset Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of Piccolo Fiore, 1 Challacombe Square, Poundbury, Dorset, DT1 3SX for the provision of On / Off Alcohol sales generally between the hours of Monday - Sunday 10am - 23:00. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000). 20/05/2020
