PRE-APPLICATION - PUBLIC VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE WEB CONSULTATION
Hallhill Developments Ltd intend to submit a planning in principle application to East Lothian Council for a Mixed-Use Development comprising Business Park (Class IV, V & VI), Retail & Leisure (Class I, III, & VII), Key workers and Elderly
Amenity Housing and Nursery (Class VIII, IX & XI), Visitor Centre and Renewable Energy Centre at DunBear Park, Spott Road/Kellie Road, Dunbar EH42 1BF. Proposal of Application Notice 20/00003/PAN refers. As part of the pre-application consultation process for the proposed planning application, the applicant is holding a virtual interactive web consultation event to which the public are invited to participate in. The virtual event is to be held on Wednesday 3rd June 2020 between the hours of 2.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. and can be accessed at
. Consultation boards outlining the details of the development will be available from 3"* June onwards and representatives of the applicant will be available between the times highlighted to answer any questions that may arise.

Comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority.
