(TEMPORARYCLOSING OF EARLS LANE, SOUTH MIMMS) ORDER 2020

NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Councilhas madethe above Order under Section 14(1) of theRoad Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibitall vehicular traffic from using thatlengthofEarls Lane, SouthMimms fromits junctionwith Deeves HallLane northeastwards and south eastwards to itsjunctionwiththe Blanche Lane roundabout ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 920m. An alternative route will be via Deeves HallLane, CrossOaks Lane andBlanche Lane.

The Orderisneeded because utilityservice works are proposed to be executed on or nearthe Road. TheOrder hasbeenmadeand shall come intoforceon25May 2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shallonlytakeeffect at thetimesindicated by signs on or nearthe Road.
