Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 2 (Part), Ludgershall; from its junction with Empress Way for a distance of approximately 200 metres in an easterly direction to enable Construction of new access road and footway. Alternative routes: Around the western and southern edge of site boundary. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on the 27 May 2020 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for 03 months. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Notice is hereby given that on 12 May 2020 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and Order 2 under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which is as follows: Order 1 - To introduce a prohibition of driving of all vehicles with an exemption for MOD (Ministry of Defence) and affiliated contractors working on behalf of MOD for the purposes of river and land management and any person, with the permission of the designated permit holder, requiring access to/from The Paddock (High Street), No. 302 Church Lane for access to land and property Nos. 296 and 296A UC 154707 High Street 'Mill Lane' for residential access on UC154707 High Street (locally known as Mill Lane) - from a point 45 metres north west of its junction with Church Lane/High Street for a distance of 85 metres in a north westerly direction to the end of the Public Highway. Order 2 - To introduce No Waiting at any time on UC 154707 High Street (locally known as Mill Lane) - north east side - from its junction with Church Lane/ High Street for a distance of 45 metres in a north westerly direction. A copy of the Orders and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 25 May 2020.

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) A30 Silver Street (Part), Wilton;

from its junction with Kingsbury Square to its junction with South Street to enable SGN to carry out an urgent gas main replacement. Alternative route: via A30 (unaffected length) - A36 - A303 - A30 (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative route HGV Southbound (B): via A30 (unaffected length) -A350 - A303 - A360 - A36 - A30 (unaffected length). Alternative route

HGV Northbound (C): via A30 (unaffected length) - The Avenue - A360 -

A303 - A350 - A30 (unaffected length). This Order will come into operation on 15 June 2020 and the closure will be required until 10 July 2020. B) Newton Lane (Part), Whiteparish; from its junction with Hop Gardens for a distance of approximately 190 metres in a southerly direction to enable HSC on behalf of BT to carry out decaying telegraph poles. Alternative route: via Newton Lane (unaffected length) - A36 - A27 Brickworth Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 17 June and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. C) Fowlswick Lane (Part), Chippenham Without and Kington St Michael; from its junction with B4039 to its junction with Footpath 31, Kington St Michael to enable Gigaclear to carry out the laying of cables, building of cabinets and chambers. Alternative route: via Fowlswick Lane (unaffected length) - Kington St Michael Road - A350 -A420 - B4039 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 June 2020 and the closure will be required until 05 July 2020. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: D) Weaveland Road (Part), Tisbury; from its junction with Churchill Estate for a distance of approximately 25 metres in a south easterly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out a repair to a damaged sewer pipe in the carriageway. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 26 May 2020 and the closure will be required until 27 May 2020. For further information please contact Kerry Miles (Wessex Water) on 03456004600. E) Lower Road (Part), Britford; from the centre point of the bridge for a distance of approximately 20 metres in a westerly direction and 20 metres in an easterly direction to enable Ringway to carry out repair accident damaged spandrel and parapet. Alternative route: via Lower Road (unaffected length) - A338 High Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 May 2020 and the closure will be required until 13 June 2020. For further information please contact Chris Pearce (Wiltshire Council) on 07423 594457. Orders (a) to (e) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
