PROPOSED LICENSABLE ACTIVITES: OR PROPOSED VARIATION TO LICENSABLE ACTIVITES: Sale of Wine via e-commerce website. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton DL6 2UU. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 15/06/2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
