Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH MY1C, MADLEY (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2020 temporarily closing the said footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 4135 4099. The closure is required due to a damaged footbridge. There is no alternative route. Queries may be directed to tel: 01432 261800. A copy of the order and plan may be seen at www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order came into operation on 15 May 2020 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
