Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1059 From Bradleys Corner To C1061, Hampton Charles, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1059 From Bradleys Corner To C1061, Hampton Charles, opposite the junction of Common Road. Grid Ref: 359742/257854. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via C1059 onto C1060 and onto A44 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to new supply connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 27th of May 2020 and remain In force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
