THE CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON (BITTERNE PRECINCT) (CYCLE FACILITIES) NOTICE 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL in accordance with section 65 and section 66 of the Highways Act 1980 intends to construct a shared-use cycle track on the eastern side of Angel Crescent Footways, across its entire junction with Bitterne Road Precinct Footpath.
Copies of the relevant map and list of footways and verges proposed to be converted may be emailed on request or inspected during normal working hours at Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY. Further information may also be
obtained from the Highways division on 023 8079 8021.
Any person wishing to comment on this notice must write to the Highways Legal Team at Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY oremail

quoting ENV - 035798 and the title of this notice, within 21 days of the date of this Notice (i.e. by 5* June 2020).
