Notice of application for a Premises Licence (Section 17 of the Act)

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises.


Notice is hereby given that Luca Holdings Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for a new premises licence at: 63 High Street, Halesowen, B63 3BG. The application is for a Premises Licence to include the sale of alcohol, provision of live and recorded music, performance of plays, dance and film. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Dudley MBC, Unit 1, Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UF or by email to liquor.licensing@dudley.gov.uk Representations must be made in writing by 5.00 pm on 2nd June 2020 and must state the grounds upon which the representation is made in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003. A person commits an offence if they knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application and may incur a fine. The application can be viewed by appointment at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Unit 1, Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UF. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
