Notice under the Trustee Act 1925

PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 (as amended)

The Esselte Group (UK) Benefits Plan was established by a Trust Deed dated 20 March 1982 (the “Plan”).

The wind up of the Plan commenced on 15th April 2020.

Notice is hereby given that any member, other beneficiary, creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Plan must write to the Trustee of the Plan with particulars of their claim within 2 months of the date on which this notice is published. If you believe you have a claim, when writing to the Trustee you must include your full name, address, date of birth and details of your period of employment, or such other details of your claim or interest in the Plan as appropriate.

After 14th July 2020, the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Plan, distributing the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which it then had notice, and in respect of the assets of the Plan so used will not be liable to anyone of whose claim it then had no notice.

Members of the Plan and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustee or Aon (the Plan administrators) are already in contact need not respond to this notice since their interests have already been noted.
