ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure
Paradise Road, Richmond
(Reference 20/070)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water utility survey works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Paradise Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Paradise Road from its junction with Eton Street to a point outside No 32 Paradise Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 26 May 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 20.00 and 23.59 on 26 May 2020 and again at the same times on 27 May 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Sheen Road and Eton Street.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
 (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
 (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
 (c)  any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Waiting Restriction
Burdenshott Avenue and Berwyn Road, Richmond
(Ref: 20/068)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate ducting works they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Burdenshott Avenue and Berwyn Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the deliveries take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of street:-
 (a) Berwyn Road from its junction with Upper Richmond Road West, southwards for a distance of 35 metres and
 (b) Burdenshott Avenue from its junction with Upper Richmond, northwards for a distance of 35 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 16 May 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 9.30am and 3.30pm 16 and 17 May 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
 (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
 (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
 (c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Waiting Restriction
Fairfax Road and Harlequin Road, Teddington
(Ref: 20/066)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate wide vehicles to make deliveries of large units to Collis Primary school, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Fairfax Road and Harlequin Road, Teddington.
2. Whilst the deliveries take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of street:-
 (a) Fairfax Road, the south and south-west side, from its junction with Kingston Road to a point outside the common boundary of Nos 113 and 115 Fairfax Road (opposite Harlequin Road); and
 (b) Harlequin Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 18 May 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 7am and 5pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive from 18 May 2020 until 6 June 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
 (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
 (b)  anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
 (c)  any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

Sheen Lane, Sheen

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of National Grid, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Sheen Lane, Sheen.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Sheen Lane between its junction with Shrewsbury Avenue and a point outside No 181 Sheen Lane.
3. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Shrewsbury Avenue, Richmond Park Road, Sheen Lane, Sheen Gate Gardens, Upper Richmond Road West, Temple Sheen Road, Palmerston Road and Sheen Lane.
4. The order will come into effect on 14 May 2020. The works are anticipated to be in at all tomes form 14 May 2020 until 16 June 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
 (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
 (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
 (c)  emergency service vehicles.

Warren Avenue, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Warren Avenue, Richmond
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Warren Avenue between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West and a point outside No 3 Warren Avenue.
3. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Upper Richmond Road West, Rothesay Avenue and Tangier Road.
4. The order will come into effect on 18 May 2020. The works are anticipated to be in at all tomes form 18 May 2020 until 22 May 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
 (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
 (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
 (c) emergency service vehicles.
