CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON (Woodmill Lane (Road Closure) (258-90) 

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020
Southampton City Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT, in accordance with Section 14(1 )(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Council made the following Order on 13th May 2020.
1 The effect of the Order will be to close Woodmill Lane from Oliver Road to Riverside Car Park.
2 The Order is required to allow carriageway remedial works.
3 The alternative route will be Woodmill Lane, Portswood Road, St Denys Road, Thomas Lewis Way, Cobden Bridge and Manor Farm Road..
4 The Order comes into force on 20th May 2020 for up to 18 months or until such sooner time as the works are completed. However, it is anticipated that the works shall be completed by 22nd May 2020.
