Notice of application for a
New Premises Licence
Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied for a new premises licence at Petrol Cross Hillocks Manchester Road Astley Manchester M29 7BQ for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Mon-Sun 05:00-22:00. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Team, Places Directorate, Wigan Council, PO Box 100 Wigan WN1 3DS or www.wigan.gov.uk by 5 June 2020. The application may be inspected at Wigan Council during opening hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
