P20/S1074/LB Emergency repairs and repairs to protect the historic fabric and limit internal damage to the historic fabric. Including replacing the roof, removing cement pointing and replacing with lime mortar, removing the concrete plinth perimeter of the building and replacing with lime mortar or brickwork. Replacing rainwater goods with cast iron, internal and localised repairs to lathe and plaster. Repairs to external timber windows and replacement of one. Installation of internal secondary glazing. P20/S1496/FUL Carry out repairs and rebuilding of the Public House due to fire damage in December 2019. Works to include refurbishment ofthe pub like for like due to smoke and water damage.
