Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barrack Lane, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Cherry Garden Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12/06/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBHKWF0N001 -BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via The Village, South Street, Cherry Garden Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21/05/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Great Easton Road, Lindsell in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 65m southwest of its junction with Lindsell Lane for a distance of approximately 365m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/06/2020 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0017JUNEAXBY441 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead structure works are undertaken
by BT.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stebbing Road, Bardfield Saling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bardfield Road to its junction with Newpasture Lane a distance of approximately 1120m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/06/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2293908 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repairs works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, White Notley in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 95m north of its junction with Vicarage Ave for a distance of approximately 65m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18/05/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD034SEW-11418-04-87 - Anglian Water). (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.25) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree as detailed in the Schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works are scheduled to commence after 07/05/2020, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by County Broadband.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in schedule 1 to this Order.
2. A temporary'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
3.
