Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Southampton City Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Plot 4 Bargin Farm Frogmore Lane Nursling Southampton S016 0XS for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Representations must be received by no later than 09/06/2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
