Notice is hereby given that I Square Street Distillery Ltd have applied on 6th May 2020 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for The Old Brewery , Back Square Street, Ramsbottom to allow the sale and supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday - Sunday plus bank holidays 08:00 to 21:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
