Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the late Ian James McCallum Kain formerly of 11 Boswells Close, Bere Regis, Dorset, BH20 7JE who died on the 26th October 2014 is required to send particulars to Box 06595, Dorset Echo, Hampshire Road, Granby Industrial Estate, Weymouth, DT4 9XD, no later than two months from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which she has had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim she shall not then have had notice.
