THE CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON
(ROCKSTONE LANE) CYCLE TRACKS ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL made the above Order on 6th May 2020. The effects of the Order are:
1. To convert into a shared use cycle track, Rockstone Lane Footpaths (east to western arm),
For its entire length
Copies of the Order and relevant maps may be emailed to you on request or inspected during normal working hours at Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY. Further information may also be obtained
from the Southampton Highways Partnership (Traffic Management) on 023 8079 8021.
This Order will not come into force until it is confirmed.
Any person wishing to object to the Order must write to the Highways Legal Team at Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY or email Traffic.Orders.Legal@southampton.gov.uk quoting the reference ENV 035799, Order Title you are objecting to and stating the grounds for objection, within 28 days of the date of this Notice (i.e. by 5th June 2020).
If no objections are received this Order will be confirmed by the Council as an unopposed Order.
