In accordance with current planning legislation a virtual
pre-application public consultation event will be held in relation to
a proposed housing development by Titon Homes at Carmaben Brae, Dolphinton

The event will be as follows:- A website to view the
proposals will be available from Monday 18 May 2020 to Friday 22 May 2020 at www.crawfordarchitectural.co.uk/dolphinton

The event is being held online due to the current social distancing restrictions. Interested parties will be able to view details of the proposals and provide feedback to help shape the proposals. All comments should be emailed to dolphinton@crawfordarchitectural.co.uk and will be considered by the developer prior to the submission of a planning application to South Lanarkshire Council. Formal representations cannot be made until such time as a planning application has been submitted and registered by the local authority.
