Licensing Act 2003 Application for a new Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that David Anthony Hares has applied to Wyre Forest District Council on 30 April 2020 for a new premises licence to use The Brewery at Chapel Farm, Heightington, Bewdley, Worcestershire, DY12 2XY for the provision of new premises licence. The licence is primarily requested to enable off-site and on-line sales of alcohol which will be delivered direct to customers or collected from the premises. The licence will also allow for alcohol to be served at the premises for consumption at the premises. Such events will be limited (monthly) and the hours of serving will be limited as per the proposed operating hours set out below. Proposed hours for selling or supplying alcohol: Monday - Sunday: 12:00 - 19:00 Recorded Music (indoors) Monday - Sunday: 12:00 - 19:00 A record of this application is held by Wyre Forest District Council and can be viewed by members of the public online by visiting

or by appointment at the offices of Wyre Forest District Council, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 7WF. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 28 May 2020. The licensing authority must receive representations by the date given above. The licensing authority will have regard to any such representation when considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
