Household bin collections

Household bin collections will continue to operate as normal on the Bank Holiday. Please ensure your bin is left out by 7am on the day of collection and always wipe bin handles after bringing the bin to the kerbside and after collection.

Council telephone lines - 0300 303 1777 - will be closed on Friday 8 May 2020 and will reopen at 9am on Monday 11 May 2020.

All Council offices, facilities and venues remain closed on Friday 8 May 2020.

A freephone helpline to help those in vulnerable groups access information, advice and guidance in relation to COVID-19 is open 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week. This helpline is local to Northern Ireland. It is managed by Advice Nl and links into local Health Trusts and Councils.
