Chapel Lane to its junction with the Dudley County Boundary.

Reason: Lay new ducting by Grub Construction Ltd.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2002 Chapel Lane, U20402 Hagley Wood Lane, A456 Hagley Causeway Manor Way (Dudley County) and vice versa.
