I Jason Carter give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Pz Gallery 7 Coinagehall Street Penzance TR18 4AY The application is to authorise the sale of alcohol and the provision of films and anything similar to e,f,g from 09:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday. An interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by emailing licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 20th May. An extract of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
