Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that Mark Watson has applied in respect of Watson Brewery, 54 Old Heath Road, Colchester CO1 2HD, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the online sale of alcohol and delivery to the customer (00:00-23.59 Mon-Sun). Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 6th June 2020 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
