Notice is hereby given that Beamish Park Golf Club Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BEAMISH PARK GOLF CLUB, BEAMISH, STANLEY, CO DURHAM. DH9 0RH for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol from 12:00 – 23:00 Monday to Friday inclusive and from 11:00 – 23:00 Saturday & Sunday. Also the provision of regulated entertainment (including live & recorded music) & late night refreshment between 19:00 – 00:00 Friday & Saturday. New Year’s Eve until 00:00. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
