ROCHFORD DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF OPEN SPACE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Rochford District Council is proposing to dispose of 306sq metres or thereabouts of land which forms part of an open space, being land at 9-11 Cagefield Road, Stambridge, Essex, SS4 2BD. A copy of the plan showing the affected land can be viewed by visiting the following link: www.rochford.gov.uk/CagefieldRoad. By virtue of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the District Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Legal Services, Rochford District Council, Council Offices, South Street, Rochford, SS4 1BW or by using the following email address: legal.services2@rochford.gov.uk before 1st June 2020 and should state the grounds of the objection.
