LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
MUTHU KUMARAVELU has applied to the Swindon Borough Council to a new Premises Licence, in respect of the following premises: INDIA BAZZAR 103 BROAD ST SWINDON SNI 2DT which would authorise the following licensable activities: Retail sales of alcohol Monday to Sunday 06.00 to 23.00 Hours, during its opening hours. Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices Euclid Street Swindon SN1 2JH where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address of

, by no later than the 17th May 2020. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies ot all representations wil be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils Licensing Sub-Committee. Note it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
