LICENSING ACT 2003 MAJOR VARIATION LICENSING ACT 2003

An application has been made to Vale of White Horse District Council for a new premises licence under section 34 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd,19 West Way Square, Oxford, OX2 9TJ to amend the approved layout plan of the store.

The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Vale of White Horse District Council -Licensing, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, OX14 4SB, between normal office hours Monday to Friday except public holidays. Anyrepresentationbyaresponsible authority or a person likely to be affected by the grant of the application must be made in writing to the council by 24/05/2020. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
