DISPOSAL OF LAND BY PRINCIPAL COUNCILS
Disposal of land at Beverley Meads Playing Fields and Pavilion Barham Road, Copse Hill, Wimbledon SW20 OET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Merton intends to dispose of land comprising a site at Beverley Meads Playing Fields and Pavilion Barham Road, Copse Hill, Wimbledon SW20 OET which forms part of land lying to the North of Ellerton Road Wimbledon in the London Borough of Merton, by way of the grant of a lease for a term of forty years to allow the property to be used for the purpose of a sports pavilion, sports ground and social club, training facility and uses ancillary thereto. The plan identifying the property may be inspected at the property or by postal request to South London Legal Partnership at the address below.
