Representations to this application must be made in writing by 15th May 2020, to the Colchester Borough Council Licencing Authority at Licencing Team, PO Box 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licencing Applications can be inspected between 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
