ANY PERSON having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Rosemary Carol Budge of High Point 1, Fortunes Field, Broad Hinton, Swindon, Wiltshire SN4 9PW who died on the 28th day of March 2014 is required to send particulars thereof to the undermentioned Solicitors on or before the 10^th day of February 2015 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice has been received.
