Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 83(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To remove the restricted road status and therefore apply national speed limit on the following length of A1245 Chelmsford Road, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 860 metres northwest of its junction with Church Road to a point approximately 150 metres south east of its junction with Church Road. A total distance of approximately 1010 metres.

(Barling Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barling Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 305m south of its junction with Mucking Hall Road for a distance of approximately 135m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11/05/2020 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC211SEWAQPV98B002 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. The Order will come into effect on 30/04/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Manor Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 175m north of its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 70m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11/05/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034837900 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kenneth Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Kingston Way to its junction with Stoneleighs, a distance of approximately 55m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27/04/2020 for 1 night (19:00 - 23:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO57089029 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
