Temporary Bus Lane Suspension Castelnau, Barnes
(Reference 20/063)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works that they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order the effect of which is to introduce a bus lane suspension in Castelnau, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, all vehicular traffic will be permitted to proceed in the bus lane on the north-western side of Castelnau, from its junction with Washington Road, south-westwards to its junction with Newport Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 4 May 2020 will be in force at all times fon 4 and 5 May 2020 where relevant signs are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

4. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used, or any person in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Road Closure Manor Road, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of Network Rail on North Sheen level crossing they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Manor Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Manor Road between its junctions with Manor Grove and Manor Park.

3. Whilst Manor Road is closed, an alternative route for traffic will be via Manor Road, Upper Richmond Road West, Clifford Avenue, Lower Richmond Road and Manor Road in both directions.

4. The order will come into effect on 26 April 2020. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 00.01 on 26 April 2020 until 04.00 on 27 April 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow

for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Kew Foot Road, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works, they have mnade a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Kew Foot Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Kew Foot Road from a point outside the southern boundary of Kew Foot Road, northwards for a distance of 15 metres.

3. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Kew Foot Road and Evelyn Road.

4. The order will come into effect on 27 April 2020. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 27 April 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

Temporary Road Closure North Lane, Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in North Lane, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in North Lane between its junction with North Place and a point outside No. 45 North Lane.

3. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Park Lane, Park Road and Broad Street.

4. The order will come into effect on 30 April 2020. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 30 April 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles.
